Data we process
Only what you provide in the contact form: name, email, company, phone (optional), network type, sector and your message. We do not request special‑category data; please do not include it.
Purpose and legal basis
To handle your request and, where appropriate, hold pre‑contractual discussions about your issuance project. The legal basis is your consent when submitting the form and pre‑contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
Retention
We keep the data for as long as needed to reply and manage the relationship, and afterwards for the limitation periods of any legal liabilities. The form does not store data on the website: it is sent by email to the sales team.
Recipients and processors
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. To provide the service we use processors: Vercel Inc. (hosting) and Resend (email delivery), which may process data outside the EEA with appropriate safeguards (EU‑US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent, by writing to us through the form. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
